Botox is one of the effective solutions used in the treatment of hyperhidrosis. The effect of Botox in the application site lasts 6 months on the average. At the end of this period, the sweating rate gradually returns to the previous level.

When applied to the underarms, which are the most obvious and annoying regions, it causes no pain sensation. But when applied to the hands and feet, Botox may be a little bit painful. However, we can avoid this and ensure the application to be more comfortable by applying an anesthetic cream before the procedure.
